1. The laser engraving machine casing, laser power supply and computer power supply must be well grounded. The grounding screw should be regularly checked for corrosion or looseness, and cleaned and tightened in time.
2. If the moving parts such as trolley pulley, slideway and linear guide rail are polluted or rusted, it will directly affect the processing effect. They should be cleaned regularly and lubricated at the guide rail to prevent rust.
3. After long-term use (especially cutting), the honeycomb platform will stick to the processing waste and even block the honeycomb hole. In case of laser irradiation, it may smoke or even burn. It should be removed regularly.
4. Pay attention that the smoke exhaust outlet and exhaust duct should not be blocked. Check and remove the obstructions at any time to keep them unblocked.
5. The cooling water should be kept clean and replaced regularly. Check whether the water level is sufficient and whether the water temperature is too high at any time during processing.
