2.How can I use the machine, if I’m a new buyer?

We will provide English(or other languages) manual and video for the machine you bought. The software is easy to learn with teaching videos, also we provide online training services for free. If you still need our help, please contact us any time via voice or video call both are available.

3.How can I know your machine is designed for my product?

You can send samples to us for marking to check the quality, we can help you to do sample testing. Free sample marking service is provided.

4.what should I do if the machine encounters any issues?

Check the user manual or operating instructions for troubleshooting guidance.

5. How long is the warranty period? 

We provide a 1-year warranty for the entire machine and a 2-year warranty for the laser source. During the machine warranty period, we offer free replacement parts if any issues arise. In case of a problem, you can return the machine to us for a new replacement or replacement parts. If you encounter any problems, please don’t hesitate to inform us, and we will provide the best solutions. Please check for errors and make corrections if necessary.
