1. Fan cleaning:

The use of the fan in the machine for a long time will make the fan accumulate a lot of solid dust, make the fan produce a lot of noise, and is not conducive to exhaust and deodorization. When the suction of the fan is insufficient and the exhaust is not smooth, the fan should be cleaned.

2. Replacement of circulating water and cleaning of water tank:

Make sure that the laser tube is full of circulating water before the machine works. The quality and temperature of circulating water will directly affect the service life of the laser tube. Therefore, it is necessary to change the circulating water and clean the water tank regularly. This is usually done once a week.

3. Lens cleaning:

There will be some mirrors and focal lenses on the machine. The laser is reflected and focused through these lenses and then emitted from the laser hair. The lens is easy to be stained with dust or other pollutants, causing laser loss or lens damage. So clean the lenses every day.

Pay attention to:

1. The lens shall be wiped gently, without damaging the surface coating;

2. The wiping process should be handled with care to prevent falling;

3. When installing the focusing mirror, make sure that the concave side is downward.

4. Fastening of screws and couplings:

After the motion system works for a period of time, the screws and couplings at the motion joints will be loose, which will affect the stability of the mechanical movement. Therefore, during the operation of the machine, it is necessary to observe whether there is any abnormal noise or abnormal phenomenon in the transmission parts, and if any problem is found, it is necessary to be firm and maintained in time. At the same time, the machine should use tools to firm screws one by one after a period of time. The first firmness shall be about one month after the equipment is used.

5. Guide rail cleaning:

As one of the core parts of the equipment, guide rail and linear axis play a guiding and supporting role. In order to ensure the high machining accuracy of the machine, it is required that its guide rail and straight line have high guiding accuracy and good movement stability. During the operation of the equipment, a large number of corrosive dust and smoke will be produced during the processing of the processed parts. Based on the large amount of smoke and dust deposited on the surface of the guide rail and the linear axis for a long time, it has a great impact on the processing accuracy of the equipment, and will form corrosion points on the surface of the linear axis of the guide rail and shorten the service life of the equipment. So clean the machine guide every half a month. Shut down the machine before cleaning.

5. Inspection of optical path:

The optical path system of the machine is completed by the reflection of the reflector and the focusing of the focusing mirror together. There is no deviation problem of the focusing mirror in the optical path, but the three reflectors are fixed by the mechanical part, so the possibility of deviation is great. Although the deviation does not occur in general, it is recommended that the user check the optical path before each work.
