Precautions for daily maintenance of laser cutting machine
1. Both the laser and the laser cutting machine need daily cleaning to keep them clean and tidy.
2. Check whether the X, y and Z axes of the machine tool can return to the origin. If not, check whether the position of the origin switch is offset.
3. The slag discharge drag chain of laser cutting machine shall be cleaned.
4. Clean up the stickies on the filter screen of the air outlet in time to ensure that the ventilation duct is unblocked.
5. The laser cutting nozzle shall be cleaned every 1 hour and replaced every 2-3 months.
6. Clean the focusing lens, keep the lens surface free of residue, and replace it every 2-3 months.
7. Check the cooling water temperature. The temperature at the water inlet of the laser should be kept between 19 ℃ – 22 ℃.
8. Clean the dust on the cooling fins of the water cooler and the freeze dryer, and remove the dust to ensure the heat dissipation efficiency.
9. Frequently inspect the working state of the voltage regulator and monitor whether the input and output voltages are normal.
10. Monitor and check whether the switch of the laser mechanical shutter is normal.
11. The auxiliary gas is the output high-pressure gas. Pay attention to the surrounding environment and personal safety when using the gas.
12. Startup and shutdown sequence:
a. Start up: turn on the gas, water cooling unit, cold dryer, air compressor, host machine and laser (Note: start the low-pressure laser before starting the laser, commonly known as upper high-pressure) and bake the machine for 10 minutes if conditions permit.
b. Shut down: turn off the high pressure first and then the low pressure. Turn off the laser after the turbine stops rotating without any sound. Secondly, the water cooling unit, air compressor, gas cooler, dryer and main machine can be left behind, and finally the voltage stabilizing cabinet can be closed.
