Principle of fiber laser cutting machine

1. Fiber laser: it is the core component of fiber laser cutting machine and the “power source” for fiber laser cutting machine to realize cutting operation. 5. Air supply system: the air supply system of optical fiber laser cutting machine mainly includes air source, filtering device and pipeline. The gas sources include bottled gas and compressed air.

6. Host: the bed, beam, worktable and z-axis system of the laser cutting machine are collectively referred to as the host. When the laser cutting machine is cutting, the workpiece is first placed on the bed, and then the cross beam is driven by the servo motor to control the movement of z-axis. The user can adjust the parameters according to his own needs.

7. Control system: it mainly controls the machine tool to realize the movement of X, y and Z axes, and also controls the output power of the laser.

8. Regulated power supply: connected between laser, CNC machine tool and power supply system. It is mainly used to prevent interference from external power grid.
