Raycus pulsed lasers are specially developed and manufactured for high-speed and efficient laser marking systems. It provides an ideal high-power laser energy source for industrial laser marking machines and other applications. The laser can emit pulsed lasers with wavelengths of 1060~1085nm, which can be controlled through industrial laser standard interfaces. The laser needs to use a 24V DC power supply. Compared with traditional lasers, pulsed lasers have a conversion efficiency of more than 10 times, lower energy consumption, and are suitable for laboratory or outdoor operation. We could send free parts to you in warranty period if machines have any problem under “normal use”.

The machine has one year s guarantee. If it breaks down, generally speaking, our technician will figure out what the problem may be, according to clients feedback. Parts except for consumable parts will be replaced for free if the problems are caused by quality fault.
Q4: How long is the delivery time?
For standard machines, it would be 7-10 days; For non-standard machines and customized machines according to client s specific requirements, it would be 15 to 30 days.
